This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
