2. In view of the compliance stated supra, delay of 687 days in representing the Tax Case Appeal (SR) No.65773 of 2013 is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to tag a copy of the cost receipt, dated 3/8/2016, along with C.M.P.No.12175 of 2016.
