ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the second respondent to restore the service connection in Service No.09312102319, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 09.01.2018. After making such representation on 09.01.2018, the petitioner filed the present writ petition on the very next day i.e., 10.01.2018. I do not think that the petitioner can invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, without even waiting for a reasonable time for the respondents to act on his representation, having given the same just one day https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prior to the filing of the writ petition. Therefore, the conduct of the petitioner is without any bonafide. Thus, the writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.
