[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1) Mr.Vaibhav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the contempt petition. It is represented that the parties have settled the dispute and a Memorandum of Compromise

dated 16.09.2016 is also entered into. Since the contempt arises on the basis of the undertaking given in the appeal arising out of an order under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, learned counsel states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the contempt petition.
