Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.R.C.No.602 of 2012.

2 By order of this Court dated 25.04.2019 in Crl.R.C.No.602 of 2012, the 2nd line in paragraph 14, Section has been wrongly mentioned as 297 instead of 279, which needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, the following section is to be incorporated at the 2nd line of paragraph 14:- "offences under Sections 279 and 304-A IPC."

Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 25.042019 and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the parties concerned.
