The cause aroused for filing the present writ petition do not exist as of now. The matter went up to the Hon'ble Apex Court of India and thereafter, the Review Committee which was constituted, conducted the process of selection and confirmed the appointment of the second respondent. Thus, no further adjudication need to be under take. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
