Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of declaration declaring that the petitioner is eligible for admission to the 6 year Post Graduate degree/diploma in M.CH (Neuro-surgery) course offered by the 4th respondent University, and to consequently direct the 4th and 6th respondents to permit the petitioner to take up the entrance examination and participate in the selection process for the 6 year Post Graduate degree/diploma in M.CH (Neuro-surgery) course to be conducted by the 6th respondent on 16.02.2014. O R D E R

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking declaration that the petitioner is eligible for admission to the 6 year Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in M.CH (Neuro-surgery Course) offered by the fourth respondent/University and permit the petitioner to take up the entrance examination and participate in the selection process, which was said to have been conducted by the sixth respondent on 16.02.2014.

2. By virtue of the order of this Court, dated 15.04.2014 in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.4671 of 2014, the petitioner was permitted to take up the entrance examination for admission to the Post Graduate Medical courses in the State of Tamil Nadu for 2014-2015, which was held on 16.02.2014.

3. In view of the interim order granted by this Court on 15.02.2014, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become automatically infructuous, as it relates to the examination, which was conducted on 16.02.2014.
