This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19538 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.27942 of 2022 on 03.01.2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.
