O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to forward the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.09.2023 to the second respondent and further direct the second respondent to enquire the complaint in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired by the District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri, after calling both the parties. The complaint itself was closed on 27.07.2023 by directing the parties to work out their remedy before the appropriate Court.

4. In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy u/s.156(3) Cr.P.C. or by filing a private 2/4

complaint u/s.200 Cr.P.C.
