This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 13.12.2009. However, pending the Writ Petition, the suspension had since been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated into service with effect from the month of June, 2011 itself and as such nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
