The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.275 of 2009 itself has been disposed of by the trial Court based on the compromise entered into between the parties, therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
