The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infrucutous. Further, the learned counsel submitted that his application for registration, which is pending with this respondent, may be considered enabling the petitioner to participate in future tenders.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that if the application submitted by the petitioner is in order, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
