2. It has been stated that the learned Additional Public Prosecutor's instructions have been wrongly recorded in the earlier order dated 18.10.2019. After hearing both the sides, it is seen that the second paragraph of the order dated 18.10.2019 requires rectification. Accordingly, paragraph 2 of the said order shall stand deleted and substituted as follows: "It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.03.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.4665 of 2018, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed on 08.09.2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee and is yet to be taken on file. In view of the completion of the investigation, it can be construed that the order dated 05.03.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.4665 of 2018 has been complied with."
