This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to substitute legal representatives of the sixth respondent Late Thangaraj with the proposed respondents 9 to 11 viz., Pichayee, Prabaharan and Thilagavathi as party respondents.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
