PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 266 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the 2nd Respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka. No.003187/C3/ E1/2015 dated 09.03.2016 and quash the same and further direct the Respondents herein, to award pay protection in the category of Middle School Head Master with effect from the date of absorption 26.06.1974 to the date of retirement 31.03.2003 in the light of the Government Letter issued by Special Commissioner and Secretary to the Government, School Education Department in Government in Government Letter No.76967 / M1/ 88, dated 15.06.1988 and award Selection Grade Middle School Head Master Pay Scale w.e.f. 01.06.1988 to 13.03.1991 and Special Grade Middle School Head Master pay from 14.03.1991 to 31.03.2003 and the consequential benefits including revision of pension.

ORDER

This Court had granted time to the petitioner to file the translation copy of the Tamil documents and directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai within a period of two weeks. Despite the specific direction and the petitioner's undertaking, neither the payment nor the filing of the translated copy has been made.

2. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for noncompliance with the Court's directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
