The petitioner made a representation on 11.01.2017, which is still pending for consideration before the respondents, and hence the present writ petition.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that successful tenderer has been allotted to the work order and the work is under completion.

3.Considering the said factual position, there is no necessity to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 4.If the petitioner has got any grievance, this order will not stand in the way of exercising his rights.

5. If the Earnest Money Deposit of the petitioner is with the respondents, the same is directed to be reimbursed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
