It is submitted by the leaned counsel for the revision petitioner that the petitioner has deposited the amount as directed by the learned http://www.judis.nic.in Rent

N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., sai Controller. It is his further contention that the petitioner has already vacated and handed over the possession to the landlord and at present the landlord is in possession.

2.The Revision Petition is filed as against the interim direction of the learned Rent Controller in respect of deposit of arrears amount. In view of the fact that the arrear amount already been deposited and the premises already vacated and handed over to the landlord, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
