Sub Application No.213 of 2024 is filed to implead Mrs.Prema, W/o.Mr.Kamalakannan, residing at No.106, Kodambakkam High Road, Chennai 34 as one of the respondent in the Contempt Petition.

2. The proposed respondent has been served and her name is also printed in the cause list. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the said Application.

3. It is submitted that the property is presently under the occupation of the proposed 14th respondent, Prema W/o.Kamalakannan. According to the learned counsel for the Applicants, the building is unauthorised and has been constructed, violating the order passed by this Court and in order to have an effective disposal, it is just and proper that the proposed 14th respondent is also impleaded in the contempt petition. Accordingly, this Application is ordered and Mrs.Prema, W/o.Mr.Kamalakannan, is impleaded as 14th respondent in the contempt petition.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.

5. Post the matter on 30.07.2024.
