M/S.Tungabhadra Sugar v. The Official Liquidator

Comp.A.Nos.434 & 435 of 2018 in C.P.No.170 of 1995 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., Ms.B.Ambili, Deputy Official Liquidator submitted that the relief sought for in these applications have become infructuous, since the entire company has been handed over to M/s.Tungabhadra Sugar Works Limited as per the Division Bench order of this Court.

2. Recording the same, these Company Application are dismissed as having become infructuous.
