Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of the Teacher T.Rajesh in the post of BT Assistant (Mathematics) in the Petitioner School from the date of appointment on 10.04.2015 based on the proposal forwarded by the Petitioner School on 27.05.2015 with payment of salary and other benefits from the date of initial appointment, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has filed the present writ petition without supporting documents and therefore, he sought for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with sufficient documents.
