ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondents 1 and 2 provide police protection to the petitioner's bank i.e., State Bank of India, Perambalur Branch and the secured asset took over possession from the 3rd respondent in accordance with SARFAESI Act.

2. It seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and it is pending before the 2nd respondent police. Admittedly, earlier the petitioner had filed a petition in the year 2016 and after four years, this petition filed cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
