2.The plaintiff is present through Video Conferencing and the defendant is also present in person.
3.The parties are also enquired as to whether they have signed the joint compromise memo voluntarily and they submitted that they have signed the compromise memo fully knowing agreeing to the contents. 4.The Joint Compromise Memo is recorded and the Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed in terms of the joint compromise memo.
