This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent from interfering in a civil dispute between the petitioner with Mr.Soundiah and his agent Mr.Navashkhan. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint received in C.No.35 of 2020, enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent. Subsequently, the complaint itself has been transferred to the CCB, Chennai.
