(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.,) When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the subject encroachments are removed by the Authorities.

2. That apart, the Writ Petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Therefore, the Writ Petition per se is not entertainable.

3. For all these reasons, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
