This Contempt Petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 07.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10855 of 2022, directing the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.22 of

2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Today, Mr.V.Rajavel, Inspector of Police, Avinashi Police Station, is present before this Court.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam, dated 13.07.2023, and the same has been taken on file by the learned Magistrate in C.C.No.171 of 2023.
