O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 28.06.2021 in W.P.No.12657 of 2021 directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2021 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent Tahsildar had passed an order dated 25.03.2022 and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
