CMP.No.12091 of 2019 in Tr.CMP.No.835 of 2017 TRJ Since this Court has already condoned the delay of 96 days in filing the Petition to restore the Tr.CMP.No.835 of 2017, taking note of the fact that the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition was dismissed for default on 31.8.2018 only due the mistake committed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, which is neither willful nor wanton, this Petition is allowed and the Tr.CMP.No.835 of 2017 is restored back to file.

Post the matter for hearing on 17.6.2019.
