ORDER

The petitioner claims that there is a mistake in Patta Nos.212, 276, 720 & 1628 issued in respect of the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

2.According to the petitioner, certain persons have been included wrongly in Patta Nos.212, 276, 720 & 1628. The petitioner seeks for rectification of the four pattas. The petitioner had given a representation on 15.07.2025. Since the petitioner's representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Since the earlier representations have not been duly acknowledged by the respondents, the petitioner will have to give a fresh representation. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent seeking for rectification of the alleged mistake in Patta Nos.212, 276, 720 & 1628, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the second respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in

accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, which include the names of all the persons found in Patta Nos.212, 276, 720 & 1628, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. Consequently, connected WMP is closed. No costs.
