Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings in RFL/Gandhipuram/3/2020 dated 24.01.2020 on the file of the respondent herein and to quash the same and direct the respondent to receive the Will dated 24.01.2020 executed by the petitioner, register the same and to return it to the petitioner after registration with all the due endorsement in accordance with law and the procedure, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Ms.Elizabeth Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that when the Will dated 24.01.2020 was re-presented for registration it had been registered by the concerned authorities. Hence, the Writ Petition does not survive any more and the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
