This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent, the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Salem Region, to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner in A.6923/2016.Sa.Pa dated 27.01.2016, against the promotion given to his juniors by disturbing the petitioner's seniority, within the stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited prayer that the revision petition filed by the petitioner, has not been disposed of till date, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner in A.6923/2016.Sa.Pa dated 27.01.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
