This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment dated 16.06.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.1380 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cum Special District Judge, Salem. 2.Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.B.Siva Kollapan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, submitted in unison that they have no serious objections in allowing the above application.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that 1st and 2nd respondents have no serious objections in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for. 5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
