This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 10.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
