Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the anticipatory bail condition to appear and sign before the Respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks as set out in the order dated 11.01.2021 in Crl.OP.No.68 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ABRAHAM PRABHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing her to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. This Court has only directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Therefore there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary to relax the said condition any further. Hence this petition is dismissed.
