Respondents Prayer in W.P.No.39836 of 2005 : Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent with No.3/PRTC/Cond/Admn/2005-06 dated 10.11.2005 regarding select list for the post of Conductor and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner to the post of Conductor on the basis of the written test and interview with all other consequential benefits.
Prayer in W.P.No.29280 of 2006 : Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent with No.144/PRTC/Admn/2005 dated 09.02.2006 and to quash the same in respect of the respondents 3 and 4 consequently to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the appoint the petitioner to the post of Driver. For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : No appearance .. in both Wps COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent in No.3/PRTC/Cond/Admn/200506 dated 10.11.2005 and No.144/PRTC/Admn/2005 dated 09.02.2006.
2. The matter is pending from the year 2005-2006. Even after giving several opportunities, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment.
3. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
