Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the land comprising in S.No.207/3A, and S.No.207/3B altogether measuring Acre 0.90cents vide patta no.804 situated at No.95, Karanai Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpet District based on the application of the petitioner dated 16.09.2020.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to survey the land comprising in S.No.207/3A, and S.No.207/3B altogether measuring Acre 0.90cents vide patta no.804 situated at No.95, Karanai Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpet District based on the application of the petitioner dated 16.09.2020. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent and made a statement on instructions that enquiry is fixed at 11.00 a.m., on 03.03.2021 at the Office of the respondent.

4. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 16.09.2020 through a speaking order within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of eight(8) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
