2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pensionery benefits were paid to the petitioner, vide proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Cudalore in Na.Ka.No.2720/A5/2019 dated 07.06.2022 granting Special Grade to the petitioner, also directed the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Panruti to take action in this regard, and a copy of the same has been duly served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, vide Na.Ka.No.548/A2/2019, dated 05.04.2023.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader and since the order of this Court has been complied with, this Contempt petition is closed.
