This application has been filed by the Power of Attorney to permit him to represent the petitioner in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. The petitioner filed M.C.O.P.No.4061 of 2018 seeking compensation for 100% disability suffered by the petitioner. Since the petitioner could not come to the Court and give evidence, he has authorised his father to represent him in the M.C.O.P. And the petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the trial Court. Now, the petitioner seek to file the revision through his father as Power Agent.

3. Considering the fact that the Power Agent is father of the petitioner, I am inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5. The registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in Order, and post for admission on 25.02.2020.
