ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the third respondent herein to any other agency in Crime No.808 of 2019 dated 25.12.2019, pending investigation on the file of the the third respondent herein. 2.

In view of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.1447 of 2020, change of investigation would affect the entire investigation done by the third respondent herein. Therefore, change of investigation would not serve any purpose. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.808 of 2019 and file final report as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1447 of 2020.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
