When the matter was listed last occasion on 03.04.2019, the learned Government Advocate was directed to verify the current status of the Crime No.1517/11 in which the revision petitioner has taken out the application to return the case property, which was recovered by the Police in course of investigation. 2.Today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the case register under Crime No.1517/2011 was investigated and taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate No-1, Coimbatore in CC.No.18/14, the accused Fathima and her husband S.Kannan were convicted. The case property was ordered to be returned to the de-facto complainant, K.S.Kannan, the appeal preferred by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accused in Crl.A.No.55/2018 was also dismissed on 12.02.2019. 3.In the light of the above, the prayer sought by the revision petitioner herein, to give interim custody of the material object, pending investigation has become infrutuous.
