ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue Patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the property situated at Old.No.350/1, Old T.S.No.40 part, New T.S.No.40 Part 1 and 2, Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore to an extent of 1.66 Acres by considering his representation dated 04.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and made a statement on instructions, that an enquiry is scheduled to take place at 03.00 p.m., on 12.05.2021 at the office of the second respondent.

4. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 12.05.2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
