Heard Mr.V.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to quash the records of the third respondent vide C.No.918/SDO/VNB/05, dated 15.7.2005, wherein the name of the petitioner has been shown as history sheeter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter is taken up for final disposal, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the third respondent would submit that the history sheet of the writ petitioner was closed as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.1199 of 2006, dated 22.6.2010.

4. In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the considered opinion that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
