ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 29.01.2021 made in W.P.No.29740 of 2005.

2. When this contempt petition came up for earlier occasion, only part of the order has been complied and those proceedings have been recorded by this Court, ultimately by order dated 28.10.2022 recording the stand taken by the respondents that the Commissioner of School Education issued the proceedings on 20.10.2022 and that shall be complied only by the CEO concerned, for that purpose since the learned Additional Government Pleader, who appeared on that date sought for sometime, it has been adjourned.

3. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the copy of the proceedings issued by the Marthandam District Educational Officer dated 14.11.2022. Relying upon the same, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order passed by this Court in toto has been complied with. The 2/4

said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter, since the orders have been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
