(W.L.O.R NO.7 of 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) that the petitioner to report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. imposed in Crl.OP.No.17841 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.VEERARAHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.17841 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17841 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
