Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 4th respondent dated 26.12.2009 passed in his proceedings Na.Ka.355/2009/E2 and the impugned order of 3rd respondent issued in his proceedings in Na.Ka.2320/10/C2 dated 20.04.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in service with backwages and all the attendant benefits and gratuity.

ORDER

On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 13.12.2018, there was no representation for the Petitioner.

Even today, i.e. 02.01.2019, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected MP.Nos.1 and 2 of 2011 is closed.
