Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Letter No.Ma.Va.Me 3(3)/37420/2004 dated 29.09.2005 and quash the same and direct the respondent to include the Petitioner's name in the panel for promotion to the post of Tractor Driver as on 01.07.2003 in the appropriate place with reference to the Petitioner's seniority and grant all consequential benefits to the Petitioner including promotion on par with immediate Junior.
