ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders in the statutory revision filed by the petitioner, under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, within the time stipulated by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is that by proceedings dated 17.06.2019, the 1st respondent had revised the pay with effect from 2015 instead of 2010. Therefore, aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had filed a revision before the 3rd respondent on 16.09.2019. The petitioner has now approached this Court to direct the 3rd respondent to pass order in the revision petition, within a stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass orders in the statutory revision filed by the petitioner on 16.09.2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent along with copy of the revision filed on 16.09.2019 and also a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
