This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 202 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Though notices have been served through Court and privately on the respondents and their names were printed in the cause list, none has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
