This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On the complaint dated 27.04.2016 given by the petitioner, it is alleged by the petitioner that her husband is having extra marital affair with Manju and two other women. Since it does not disclose cognisable offence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
