The learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) would submit that an additional compensation of Rs.9,97,137/- was deposited on 01.06.2018 to the credit of Special Judge, (LAOP), Vellore District. Inview of the same, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
