This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 08.01.2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kanamangalam, Arani Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.15/2015 for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.01.2015.
